During the international month of women & coming on the back of the recently released Women in Sport report by Farrer & Co to which I contributed with insights highlighting the inequalities that blight the sporting world, it is refreshing to hear Nicole's indepth perspectives of what it means to combine her two passions and professional careers together.
It resonates with the work I have been involved these last two decades, tackling intersectionality & equality within all aspects of the sporting arena, in particular the critical success factors required to turn policy into working practice. It also reminds us of the inequalities that still exist in the sporting world, why we need to debate these inequalities & share good practice on how to improve.
